Shipping

All orders are processed within New Zealand standard business hours and dispatched within two business days, subject to stock availability. Please note that weekends and public holidays may affect processing, dispatching and delivery timeframes. 

Once your order is placed, you will receive an initial order confirmation email. Please note that this is not confirmation of your shipment. When your order has been dispatched, you will receive a separate email with your shipping details, including your tracking number and tracking link. 

At this time, we are not shipping to the United States. If you have fallen in love with one of our bags, please reach out to customer@rey.co.nz and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
